The markets fastest growing solutions company urgently requires a Technical Service Consultant to join their team. This is a customer facing position that combines solution architecting skills with detailed product implementation skills. The position requires broad knowledge of all major features of products and deep, detailed knowledge of key features such as installation, configuration, data transformation modelling, connectors, performance measurement and tuning. This position also requires strong problem solving skills.
Technical Services Consultants take primary ownership of assigned customer accounts and are responsible for all technical aspects of the account with the goals of delivering a rapid solution to customer needs and on-going customer satisfaction. This position requires interfacing with numerous organizations including sales, technical support, and development.
A Technical Services Consultant must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must have demonstrated leadership abilities, be independent workers, and require minimum supervision. This position is based within the UK but will involve limited European travel.
